United Airlines Reservations Sales & Service Representative


 

工作內容

1. As the first connection between United Airlines and our customers, you will need strong communication skills and the ability to learn our systems to provide the right answers. On any given call, you may be asked to provide flight schedule and rate information, determine the best routes and timing based on customer needs or answer any other questions from passengers.

2. You must have a can-do attitude and be able to solve problems efficiently and effectively.

3. Caring happens regardless of whether a customer’s request is difficult or easy. There will be moments where you will be required to remain calm, positive and caring – even in challenging situations.

4. You’ll be taking calls all day in a fast-paced call center environment. While our calls are varied, you must be able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time.

5. First point of contact for complaints.

6. Public holiday and special weather/condition duty.

條件要求

1. Good listening and communication skills and the ability to read, and speak English fluently.

2. Problem-solving skills – Propose, generate solutions to customer (internal and external) and raise their interest in working with you.

3. Working Together - Maintains a good relationship and works closely with all counterparts, including sales, marketing, airport teams, and partners.

4. Computer literacy, including the ability to keyboard with accuracy, learn airline-specific reservation/ticketing software and resolve problems via the computer.

5. Job related experience is not required.
