1. Scheduling and supervising vehicles(IG and SG Plant).
2. Responsible for dedicate plant and support other plant if required.
3. Ensuring that all customer transport requirements are completed on time.
4. Making sure that all relevant documents are ready and equipment are correctly used.
5. Maintaining a transport database, inputting all information accurately and on time.
6. Checking drivers' worksheets to ensure they keep within their allowed working hours.
7. Preparing staff rotes to ensure the best use of drivers.
8. Ensuring that vehicles are dispatched fully loaded if possible but without violate the safety regulation.
9. 3PL shipping cost review.
10. Manage Plant to Plant delivery(STO).
11. Manage Plant to Agent (STO)
